The 8-week adventure is a course of 8 classes designed to teach you the Miam-Ô-Fruit® and how to become autonomous with it at home. You will attend one class a week. In the later weeks "homework" is assigned to equip you with the ingredients, utensils and knowledge necessary for your first weeks of free-flying. By the end of the 8-week adventure, you will have the confidence to share your knowledge with your extended circle. In the 8-week adventure we also explore the broader themes of France Guillain's method, including the detox bath, other meals of the day and the use of clay as a healer.
Workshops last approximately an hour and a half. You'll spend the first 30 to 45 minutes preparing your Miam-Ô-Fruit® and then a delicious 30 minutes eating it. Your workstation has everything you need – ingredients and equipment. I guide you at every step, demonstrating with my own dish. We talk ingredients, touch on a little science, share our thoughts and knowledge, and enjoy the moment. There’s absolutely no cooking involved, just some wonderfully therapeutic chopping!
Open workshops are designed to offer a platform for all levels to come and enjoy making and eating the Miam-Ô-Fruit®. There is always a varied and exotic selection of fruit which can be a good source of inspiration or a life-saver when your own organic stock has run low!
